We believe the key to success is sound project management, and in order to manage a project efficiently, you need to understand all aspects of the building trade. This is an area in which we excel. Understanding the ongoing requirements of a project, as well as having the necessary organisational skills to both ensure the correct supply of materials and supervise tradesmen is of paramount importance. Our expertise in this area avoids costly errors and significantly reduces the likelihood of work either being delayed or having to be redone. In respect of reform projects, before we commence we will work with the client to agree a clear and concise scope of work, detailing all the costs involved and the expected timescales. We cannot emphasise enough the need for good communication. We always discuss ongoing projects with clients, but in the event that the client is not able to remain either on-site, or indeed in Spain, we email a weekly report, including photographs, detailing the progress of the project.
